Attorney Jim Weaver is an accomplished lawyer and founder of Weaver Loveless Law. He focuses his practice on trust and estate planning, probate, real estate, and business transactions.
Jim is a Distinguished Military Graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, where he studied public relations with a minor in music. He served in Vietnam as a U.S. Army Platoon Leader in support of the 11th Armored Calvary. He went on to study at Tulane University, completing master’s work in music. From there, he later enrolled in law school at the University of Georgia. While there, he served as a Justice on the Law School Honor Court. After earning his J.D., Jim joined a trial practice law firm in Atlanta. He went on to found his own private practice, now known as Weaver Loveless Law.
