We hired James Weaver to prepare the documentation for the sale of our home in Haines City Florida as we were in Michigan an unable to any of the local requirements and or the closing. Although we had no direct communication with James, we're confident he was behind the scenes reviewing documents and... responses from the purchasing party. All of our communication and emailing back and forth was done with the Paralegal Ms, Mellissa Shields who we cant say enough about, She is simply amazing and handled every detail not to mention negotiating on our behalf to save us some closing costs.

We hired Mr. Weaver and his firm to assist us in purchasing a home in Haines City. We live in Michigan and the owner of the home was living in Wisconsin. We weren't sure how the process was going to work, but Melissa handled everything in a very professional and friendly manner. There were a few bump...s, but Melissa smoothed them out by even working past her normal business hours to meet our needs. Highly recommend this firm!

Mr. Weaver and his very competent staff helped me in closing the sale of my mother's home. She was in an assisted living facility, but due to his great staff, all paperwork was finalized in a very short timeframe. They were understanding of my mother's situation and worked closely with us to get th...e closing done as soon as possible. Melissa and Shelby even came to the assisted living facility and did the closing there with the sellers to accommodate my mother's condition. We were kept up-to-date throughout the entire process and the entire matter was concluded very efficiently.
