I have over 31 years of experience handling all types of personal injury cases and insurance claims. In regard to personal injury cases I have experience in claims such as automobile accidents, trucking accidents, wrongful death claims, slip and fall accidents, trip and fall accidents, dog bite claims, cow and horse accidents, and all types of different homeowners insurance accidents and claims.
With respect to insurance claims, I have handled and worked on cases involving life insurance, credit life insurance, homeowner's insurance including theft and fire claims, disability insurance, health insurance, professional liability insurance claims, PIP insurance, and other automobile insurance coverages.

Very thorough and very good options in dealing with legal problems

outstanding professional
Tim helped me with an insurance matter. The insurance company denied me benefits wrongly, but Tim beat them up in court and they folded. He is also a super nice guy! i would recommend him to all my friends and family.

Excellent attorney
