Worst attorney ever

Hire him to do a custody case he showed up to the first mediations in his f***ing socks. He didn’t do any of the things I ask of him even after he said he would. Then went a full year of not contacting me and showing up to court dates I had no knowledge of saying every thing was going ok. His communi...cation skills are atrocious his ability to be an attorney should be removed

Horrible lawyer

He took a case of a disabled veteran, milked the case, made it last two years, and charged him $20k. He was rude and didn't return phone calls. He walked off the case, didn't finish it out, after the client paid thousands of dollars and took out multiple loans to pay him. He left the divorce open, in... one paragraph, letting the ex come back a year later and demand that he pay her lawyer after the divorce was already settled a year previous. the ex violated the court order to not destroy or take property in his house, when he got his house back, she had destroyed it, and had multiple sales and sold everything he owned. The lawyer refused to go back to court to fight it, he just wanted more money.

A rare find for an Attorney!

I have hired Rich McKendrick as my attorney in the past and I would hire him again. Anytime you can find an attorney like him no one else compares. Honestly, not only did I have him as an attorney but I work in the legal community as a non-attorney, and whenever I ask about Mr. McKendrick to another... attorney the response I always hear is, “Oh Rich, he’s a good guy. He’s one the few honest and great attorney’s out there.” Sometimes this remark has come from a few attorneys who they themselves have a less than perfect reputation. The fact is that there is no denying it; people who know him, work with him, or have hired him, know that he is an excellent attorney and an honest man. I think it is just as important for other attorney’s to have a favorable opinion about your attorney because in my experience the other side is more willing to work with you and not drag out the legal process. There is a big difference between this and being part of a “Good Ol’ Boy” network that you frequently encounter is small communities. Mr. McKendrick is clearly respected by his peers but his loyalty is to his client first and foremost. I know from my experience of being one of Mr. McKendrick’s clients that he goes above and beyond. He makes himself and his staff accessible practically 24/7. I don’t know of any other attorney who does that. His fee is more than reasonable and very competitive. He is a very sharp, wise, and an intelligent attorney. He is patience, a good listener, sincere, and is truly dedicated to your cause and getting you results. He is also flexible and willing to work with you and your situation, definitely more accommodating than any attorney I have ever met. My advice is always ask around about an attorney you are thinking of hiring and when you hear something negative about them try to find out what the whole story was, a lot of times when someone has something bad to say about their attorney there is more to the story that they aren’t telling you. I haven’t ever heard or seen anything with his conduct that would lead me to believe otherwise. I would be cautious to jump to conclusions if I did, because when it comes to an attorney like Mr. McKendrick his standard is a much higher one than most people today are used to practicing themselves, much less encountering it in someone else. There is nothing underhanded about what he does and he is completely upfront with you. I highly recommend this attorney!

Knowledgeable and committed

Mr. McKendrick helped me in a difficult situation. He even took my calls after hours and worked out a resolution to my problem. I would highly recommend him.
