Mr. Mcmann got me through a brutal and lengthy divorce. He was always on time for any litigation, hearings, and mediation. As a loving Father, it was very important for my children to raised properly with Thier church, school, and home. As I read the rest of these post/reviews I didn't get that feeli...ng or conduct. Alwayd treated fair and with dignity.

Mr. mcmann failed to represent me on a simple custody modification. My exam-wife and I had shared custody with no child support , my ex took me to court asking for full custody, I challenged and ask for custody due to the fact that DVD had been evolved with my ex regarding children and the fact she w...as baker acted for a suicide attempt 6mths prior. Mark failed to bring this to the courts attention. Nothing was addressed except I paid him $2300, had to pay $5000 for my ex-wifes attorney plus $416 monthly child support while still having my son 50 percent of the time, keeping health insurance on him plus paying her 70 percent of whatever she buys him. Mind you nothing else was changed, his office staff is rude, nobody returns emails/phone calls and he dropped the issues without me advising him to do so, and when confronted he says you told him to. He even cancelled hearing that her attorney was fighting us on not wanting DVD records or baker act records admitted into court, sent email saying he will reschedule and never did. He even spoke other clients he was representing.
