Over many years he took legal fees for probate and estate planning work from my family and did not do the actual work. When pressed for financial accouting of fees paid, he could produce no completed work. He would say by phone he had filed things in Court but never did. The judge was constantly s...ending letters to me that legal documents and reports were missing, that he had been paid for, but they were just never done. Another attorney had to be hired and the fees re-paid to have the work done. This attorney is a smooth talker but do not trust him with your money.

Mr. Dahle was recommended by a previous client. After using his services, I discovered I was charged 3 times the amount the person who recommended him was. The charge included continuing advice (which he offered to the other client) but would NEVER return MY calls. My scenario was less complex tha...n the person who recommended him, but I was never able to achieve the service he told me were included in his (inflated) price. To this day, I cannot reach him by phone, he does not (as of yesterday) return emails... and his office is now down to one (the other attorney, his son, has left to pursue his practice elsewhere... I do not know why).
