I called early and he answered I asked if had a few minutes to talk to me and he was telling me at the beginning he had a trip to Bartow. He took time to help me to understand . I have been told I have no other choice but through my hands up and roll over and play dead. I’m not sure about that I sti...ll believe right is right and wrong is wrong and proof is the key not lies. Mr. Westcott went over more of my paperwork then two of the prior hired Attorney put together. It is a long 4 year case 7 Attorneys 26,27or more hearings 24,25or more cases lost leaving 2 cases winners . As lopsided as it was I did represented myself in those two winners. After 1:37 minutes he talked to and gave me a 110% consideration , attention and thoughts and Ideas. I didn’t tell you That I hadn’t retained Mr. Westcott at this point.know this he has our back.

Actually I had Mr. Wescott as my lawyer for about two years coming this July 2015. I had enough I just hired a new lawyer and she did more in a day then he did since he had my case. I would not recommend hiring Mr. Wescott if he is your public defender I recommend you change him if you want a lawyer ...who will actually try to win your case. Mr.Wescott do not communicate , lack of investigation , did not try and give me a good defense on my case. Return phone calls a day before court if your lucky . Most of all it seems like he was throwing my case under the bus . Nobody should ever have to deal with this from a lawyer you here to protect the innocent and defend your client if your going to work against your client you shouldn't be a defense lawyer.you shouldn't be a defense lawyer.

i called mr westcott on a friday at 6:00 (when most lawyers don't answer the phone) and got a machine so i left a message and to my suprise he called me back within a few minutes he spent over 45 minutes talking to me without blinking an eye his rates were great and he worked very hard to make sure t...hat he did what was needed to win my case if i ever need a lawyer again he will be the one i hire i would recommend him to anyone fantastic work ethic thanks again for your help
