Alan Brent Geohagan

I met Mr. Geohagan while assisting a friend and colleague in his case of which Mr. Geohagan was representing them in litigation against one of the nation’s largest insurers. I sat in during Federal Court arguments and found Mr. Geohagan articulate and very well prepared. Being recognized as an expe...rt and working with many attorneys over the years; a few stand out among others, not so much as to their skill, but due to their level of intensity and desire for equity and moral balance. Brent Geohagan is one such attorney; and while I hope I never need his assistance on a personal basis, I would welcome the opportunity to work with him in a professional capacity due to his knowledge and attention to detail. As of this writing the case is still in active litigation and I am anticipating that one day soon I can update these comments by reporting a win for my friend and Mr. Geohagan.
