Carl Feddeler is very knowledgeable in Workers Compensation Law. He listened to my complaints and my needs. He then provided me with legal help when it came to dealing with an insurance adjuster, and the insurance company's attorneys for more then several years. During many mediations he put my b...est interest first. By asking for the items that I only needed. The outcomes from the mediations were always in my favor.

Contracted w/firm end-of-Oct, '16, after aggressive solicitation for WC TBI case. Had to BEG for single talk w/Feddeler before he 'assigned' me to Bradley Smith. 2 talks w/attys in almost 4 months! There seems to be no administration going on in this firm. Smith's asst. is (now, after months of doing... very very little) sending me notices of action AFTER I have sent her 'request to discharge firm'. Is ANYONE running this office? No trust in them whatsoever.
