Scott Franklin Eldridge

Scott took over my case after terminating my previous attorney Nancy Cavey when I discovered she had over billed me thousands of dollars in just over a year of representation. Scott was able to have a hearing with the Judge and Nancy Cavey and recovered several thousand dollars for work that she nev...er performed, ( however judge took no disciplinary action)) which included depositions billed for but never taken and paying Paralegal fees out of settlement money, with over 30 years of experience as she boasts, she was very aware she violated the law and the trust of this client. Scott does his homework knowledgeable and was methodical with his approach and extremely successful. Scott was with Smith Feddler and Miles a law firm I highly do not recommend and are extremely ineffective. I am unable to locate Scott at this time.
