Ms. Carnesoltas made me an offer that was hard to refuse in a time that I really needed legal representation. While she never promised anything, she would always defer to what kind of mood the judge was in during the hearing. Come to find out, none of the judges in the 6th district like her at al...l. The first judge removed himself from the case. After a new judge had been appointed and a hearing set, she failed to notify me (her client) that a hearing was set. She failed to show up for the hearing at all. The end result was the judge signed off on everything the opposing counsel presented to the judge. My bargin lawyer started off custom me an additional$15k in income that I truely did not have, She also failed to file her paperwork (witness lists, etc...) by the due date, which then meant I had nothing for evidence. Additionally, she failed to file the modified ammednments by the reiquired date, Lastly, she failed to file the final proposed ammendedment. The judge ended up giving everything to the opposing party and then some. Stay away from this lawyer no matter how sweet the deal is she offers!
