Michael Philip Wilson

Michel currently serves as Chief, National Security Law, Army Reserve Medical Command, and formerly served as Chief, Military Justice, US Army Human Resources Command, Fort Knox, KY, Command Judge Advocate, Fort Belvoir Community Hospital (DHA), Fort Belvoir, VA, and Legal Advisor, Army Reserve Medical Management Center (ARMMC), Pinellas Park, FL.

Michael is a native Floridian who earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Saint Leo University. Michael is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar.

In private practice, Michael represented clients for both criminal and civil legal matters throughout the Sixth Judicial Circuit and Tampa Bay Metropolitan Area. Michael also graduated from the Pasco-Hernando State College Law Enforcement Academy, and served the citizens of Pasco County as a Professional Standards Investigator at the Pasco Sheriff's Office. Michael was also the former General Counsel for CMK Construction, Inc., a multi-million dollar commercial and residential construction firm based in Oldsmar, Florida.

Michael proudly serves our country as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Reserve Judge Advocate General's Corps. Michael graduated from the Judge Advocate Officer Basic Course and the Judge Advocate Officer Advanced Course in Charlottesville, Virginia, and the Direct Commission Course in Fort Benning, Georgia.

Michael practices law in the US Army in a variety of legal disciplines including administrative law, military justice (UCMJ), fiscal and contract law, national security law, and legal assistance. Michael was also certified as a Special Victim’s Counsel by The Judge Advocate General of the United States Army and represented sexual assault victims throughout the entire military justice process including court-martial.
