Jill McDonald is proud to be a Board Member and Volunteer for "SPOT:  Stop Pet Overpopulation Together" in Pinellas Park, Florida.  SPOT volunteers have worked together for many years to achieve their goal of opening a low cost spay/neuter clinic in Pinellas Park.  In February of 2009, this dream was finally realized.  In the first month that the clinic was open, over 200 pets were spayed or neutered.
