Biography
Frank DiCosola has been a resident of the Tampa Bay area for over 43 years. He has been a member of the Florida Bar, and has practiced law in the Tampa Bay area since 1999.
Frank received his law degree and M.B.A from Nova Southeastern University, and his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.
Frank has previously prosecuted criminal cases with the Office of the State Attorney in Hillsborough County, Florida. He has represented clients in both civil and criminal cases, in County, Circuit, and Federal Courts, in both Pinellas County and Hillsborough County, concentrating primarily in personal injury claims since 1999.
Before attending law school, Frank was a licensed Florida Claims Adjuster, and worked for various national insurance companies adjusting property damage, medical bill, and bodily injury claims.

Frank never disappoints!
I have used the traffic ticket services of Frank for over 10 years. He's been able to work with the judges to withhold adjudication on the cases I have sent him. I don't know want to know what my insurance would be without him!

not happy with service
Frank handled a traffic offense for me. Following the court hearing Frank was supposed to send a copy of my criminal record so i can look into expunging a prior charge but it was never sent. Frank was supposed to follow up with me after my court date about expungement work but never did contact me. ...
