Unfortunately we have had to use him more then once due to insurance companies not wanting to do their job. Having said that this firm is the best!!! Frank and is team are amazing! From the initial consult I felt very at ease, which is amazing since I typically dislike attornies. He is the exceptio...n to the rule. His staff kept us upto date weekly on what was going on and why. Any time I had a question they took the time to explain it until I did understand. This attorney and his team are the ones you want in your corner! This is the only attorney I will ever use. They consider you part of their family instead of a paycheck.

This is the third time in my life I’ve had to hire an attorney to help me dispute some legal issues. The previous other two attorneys let’s just say didn’t end in my favor and left me feeling jaded with attorney’s in general. That feeling has since changed after hiring Frank DiCosola to represent me.... Both he, and his staff are wonderful people to deal with. My wife and I were involved in a automobile accident where we were rear-ended while sitting at a traffic light waiting for a ambulance to pass by someone not paying attention whilst texting on their phone. Fortunately enough neither my wife or I sustained life threatening injuries, however we both did have to undergo some physical therapy for quite sometime. The most upsetting thing to me was the damage to my classic vehicle. The at fault driver’s insurance company tried to play dirty and claim my vehicle was a total loss and that the damage exceeded the value. This was untrue! Frank and his team listened to my concerns regarding my case, what was important to me, what my expectations moving forward and were able to not only able to get me and my wife compensated for the maximum amount of the personal injury but he was able to prove my vehicle’s significant value was worth four times the amount that the insurance company tried to claim, he also was able to get them to pay the diminished value as well and was able to keep them from declaring my classic car a total loss and I was able to repair and keep my vehicle which was extremely important to me. What impressed me the most about Frank DiCosola and his team is he treated both my wife and I as people and not just a number. He took the time to listen to what I was expecting out of the case, advised us with how things would proceed moving forward and what to expect, and treated us like we were his number one priority and never hurried or rushed us out during our meetings like he had something more important to tend to. He made us feel like we were his priority and that he cared about us. I really can’t say enough good things about Frank and his team. Sometimes the legal proceedings is a slow process but if you are patient and have trust in him Frank will get you through it. This time it worked out in our favor. Thank you so much Frank for guiding us through this legal storm. You have renewed my thoughts on what a great lawyer should be! I most certainly would use Frank again and again for any legal matters that pertain to his field of practice.

I couldn’t be more pleased with how Frank and his team handled my case. After my accident, I tried to handle it without representation.
