I was not a person who wanted to use an attorney, but as time progressed and as the insurance companies reached a point where they were wanting to settle and I was no where near done with medical bills, I felt I ...had no choice but get an attorney. I had been told by NUMEROUS people that these things take YEARS. Within 6 months my case was resolved and even with the pandemic, they wrapped up the details and we completed the final paperwork less than 2 months later. (It would not have taken that long had places not been closed due to the pandemic.) My only regret is that I did not call the Frank Dicosola office the day of the accident. I would have saved myself a lot of stress and anxiety in trying to work with the insurance companies by myself.
