I paid over $5000.00 to attorney Bryan McLachlan, to help me with child custody/support case. The attorney hurt me and my case and had me sign an order to terminate child support on 8/15/2014. The attorney told me this had to happen before we could continue and go in front of the judge. This never ha...ppened. I have no idea what I even paid for because I never received any receipts or signed copies of any court documents filed for this service. I know my attorney went to the noncustodial parent and gave him the needed signed document to stop the child support. I know this was not done with my best interest or of my children.

Bryan helped me with my real estate purchase in January. I was able to move into the new house so quickly, it was unbelievable. Everything went smoothly, no surprises, he stayed on top of the deal from start to finish, he was prompt and attentive to get the documents through. Now I am enjoying the... good life in St. Pete. and cannot thank Bryan enough.

I have had little communication in 3 years. No court date. The parent he is supposed to find has been arrested 4 times for numerous charges and yet he states there have been no arrests. We are supposed to meet soon. I want to SEE what he has done, WHY there has not been a court date that was promised... over a year ago. I will probably have to contact the Florida Bar Association.
