When I first met Chris, I was in a federal court room and asking God to assign me a Public Defender that would believe in me. I remember his first question "are you guilty?" and I said "No, and I can prove it to you". He says "Ok, then we have work to do." From that moment on, I knew I had true repre...sentation. He guided me to make the right decisions based on the "Unfair" charges against me. We went so far as, to prove my innocence by taking a polygraph test three times to ensure I was truthful from the beginning. I passed by polygraph test with flying colors because the truth will always set you free. When sentencing day came Jan 26, 2015, he presented my case to the Federal Judge and after two days of a mini trail, he succeeded by providing credible evidence that I had no knowledge of the fraudulent shenanigans the government accused me of. I was facing up to 15 years in federal prison, I am so thankful for the effortless work Christophir Kerr did for me. My prayers were answered, God sent me the best Public Defender money could buy. Now, I am a free woman. I am thankful to be have had Chris defending me and would recommend him indisputably.
