Michael Louis Cahill

I recently hired Mr. Michael Cahill to help me with my estate plan. From my initial call to my last contact, he and his office staff were extremely PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, HONEST, UPFRONT, and TIMELY. At our initial meeting, it was obvious that he was HIGHLY educated. Even so, his demeanor was FRIE...NDLY and DOWN-TO-EARTH - traits not true of many lawyers. With his combined education in both law and accounting, he was able to handle my ENTIRE situation. He was FORTHCOMING regarding his fees (which were VERY REASONABLE, as I had "shopped around"), and HE DID WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO! I actually got to meet with HIM, rather than merely a staff person or paralegal, and he PERSONALLY took the time to review and explain EACH page of EVERY document! I was truly amazed that this man was really a lawyer! I left his office TOTALLY SATISFIED, and I would WHOLE-HEARTEDLY use his services again or refer him to anyone wanting a QUALITY attorney! Upon referencing this website to review Mr. Cahill, I noticed a review that was less than flattering. I don't know who wrote it, but he/she could not be less accurate. Each line was filled with inconsistencies, and by his/her description of the office, I question if he/she reviewed the correct attorney at all. Mr. Cahill came HIGHLY recommended to me by a neighbor, and I also saw his ad in the Seminole Beacon. I guess they say that "you can't please everyone all the time and some people can't be pleased at all!" For me and my neighbor, however, he could not have done a better job! I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Michael Cahill to anyone looking for a QUALITY attorney practicing in the areas of Estate Planning and Probates.

I hired attorney Michael Cahill about six months ago to handle my father's estate. I was completely confused with how to proceed, but Mr. Cahill and his staff explained things very well. I met with Mr. Cahill personally, and I chose him over other attorneys who were less interested in this smaller es...tate. Even though it was a small estate to them, It was important to me, and Mr. Cahill made me feel important. During the five month process, I spoke with Mr. Cahill's assistant often and she patiently answered my questions. By the time I received the court's order and liquidated the estate assets I understood the complexities that Mr. Cahill explained in our first meeting. While we agreed on a flat fee for his services, I never felt rushed or pressured. Cahill Law Firm definitely earned their fee in my case! I am now scheduled to meet with Mr. Cahill to set up my own estate plan. I highly recommend attorney Michael Cahill.
