We also assist our public company clients in the preparation of various reports required under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

We assist clients in the drafting of various types of contracts and agreements, including employment agreements, buy-sell agreements, confidentiality agreements, computer use policies, and corporate regulation documents such as board of director resolutions.

We assist our public and private company clients with merger and acquisition transactions including due diligence matters, preparation of transaction documents and required filings with various government agencies and entities.
