Biography
Anita McNulty Parker is a St. Petersburg criminal defense, estate planning, and personal injury attorney helping clients throughout Pinellas and Hillsborough County. A Tampa Bay native, Anita received her bachelor’s degree and law degree at the University of Florida before working as an Assistant Public Defender both in the 15th and 6th Judicial Circuits. In her role as an Assistant Public Defender, Anita tried over 50 cases in front of a jury, ranging from misdemeanors to felony charges punishable by life in prison.
Anita has also represented both insurance companies and medical providers against a wide range of personal injury cases. Anita understands the difficulties people face when injured as a result of the negligence of another, thus, Anita will fight rigorously on behalf of her clients to obtain the compensation they deserve.
Her professional and educational achievements include earning a 2020 Martindale Hubbell AV Preeminent Rating, receiving the “America’s Most Honored Professionals Top 1% in 2019” award by American Registry, winning a national championship at the NACDL Trial Advocacy Competition, and being named UF Law Trial Team’s Outstanding Graduate.
