Mia Mancinelli Cloud

I am very thankful that my daughter and I retained Mia Cloud as our attorney for my daughter's social security claim. She did an outstanding job for my daughter and made her feel at ease talking with her to get the information she needed to win her case. At the hearing both my daughter and I were... made to feel at ease by Mia which was great because that was a situation that could have caused my daughter to have an extreme episode of anxiety. I would hire Mia Mancinelli Cloud again without hesitation if I needed her for me or my daughter or if anyone asked me to refer an attorney for social security or personal injury.

I am a former Client of Attorney Cloud in a Social Security Disability Claim. She is a competent, professional young lady, who takes her profession and client's needs very seriously . Without her I don't know what I would have done. I am a sickly person and she was kind and understanding t...o my health issues and the need for me to get disability insurance. She was always available to speak with me when I would call her office, and I met with her several times in person. I found her staff to be extremely competent and professional. She did my initial application for disability and submitted all information and medical requirements to SSD. I did not even have to appeal or go before a Judge to be awarded my disability insurance. I highly recommend Attorney Cloud for any legal matter. She is a life saver.

Does not return phone calls even after repeated messages. Highly unorganized and loses documents frequently. Cancels meetings at the last minute. Unfamiliar with common Social Security terms and procedure. Her assistants which are her mother and a young woman named Kelsey appear even more incompe...tent and unprofessional than Mia herself, but are great at saying "I don't know..." On several occasion she has had her associates lie to clients in my presence so that she does not have to talk to them or see them in person, while she is entertaining her child at her place of business. Does not work well with others, and will not collect medical records as her website states. In my experience with her she misrepresents herself not only in person pertaining to her experience, but as to her capabilities as well. I would never recommend her or anyone at her firm if you have important, pressing legal matters.
