Biography
I am a problem solver. I take a personal and direct approach with my clients. I explain all the options and educate you on the various aspects of your case so that you can make the best decision possible for your family. I love being a lawyer especially litigating in the courtroom but I know that my best work is actually done outside of Court. In those instances, I help my clients manuveur through the process as efficiently as possible, understand what is going to happen and often time I negotiate a settlement to an otherwise difficult time in their lives. With a background in litigation I have learned that resolving cases outside of Court is the best option for most people. That is why I am also certified by the Florida Supreme Court to mediate family law cases and why I am an active member of the collaborative divorce movement. I am very grateful that over the years I've been allowed the opportunity to help so many folks resolve their family law matters.

I hired Ms Moore to represent me in obtaining retirement from divorce decree. Also Ms Moore was expected to find out if life insurance was still in effect as per the divorce decree. Replied last January 09, 2017The Rules of Professional Conduct prohibit attorneys from disclosing any information regarding a client's case. That makes it very hard to respond to a review like this one. What I can say is that I try very hard to meet each client's goals and interests though ultimately the law and facts of a case dictate what has to happen. On some occasions our firm is hired as second or even third counsel on a case which can make it extremely difficult to correct course depending on the preceding facts and circumstances. Other times unreasonable expectations of what can be accomplished in that framework result in it being impossible to satisfy a client as opposed to a client whose case was mishandled.
