A team that truly helps

Jennifer and the rest of her team (Especially Sue!) have been great to work with and really went the extra mile to represent me after an auto accident. They were there to help with coordination, appointments and give advice based on an evolving situation with what is very obviously years of real ...world experience. Having such a tenured team fighting on my behalf was a blessing and I am thankful for there help. Thanks guys!

Jennifer A. Burns is Five Star

I was referred to Jennifer A. Burns located in Clearwater FL by another attorney at the Bradenton Carlson Meissner practice. Although I reside in Sarasota County I opted to act on the recommendation as the firm had helped me in the past and I was extremely happy with their services. Jennifer Burns ...is a thoughtful, determined, well educated professional who is motivated to meet her clients needs. Jennifer was able to efficiently navigate my case and achieve an excellent outcome, for me. I Am a Veteran and dealing with the VA was not a problem for Jennifer and her assistant nor was her understanding of a traumatizes Veteran’s special emotional needs. Jennifer was kind and compassionate in addition to being Top Notch at fighting for my injury compensation. I never felt out of the loop. I was always well informed step by step in language I could easily understand. Above all I felt comfortable with Jennifer and confident with her representing me. I do highly recommend Jennifer A. Misfortunate

Unfortunately I have had the privilege of having Jennifer represent me on two automobile accidents claims. On both cases Jennifer was very hard working in my behalf. It was a real comfort to know that she was handling my case. She is friendly yet professional and always greet me with a warm sinc...ere smile. Jennifer and her assistant Tara work diligently to make sure they get the highest settlements and negotiate to reduce medical expenses. I did not have to call them constantly to see what was going on she kept me up to date and made sure if I did call that the call was returned promptly. I thank them for working hard for their clients.
