Attorney Sarah Voss is the managing attorney and owner of Sarah Voss Law, PLLC, specializing in Estate Planning, Probate and Guardianship. Attorney Voss attended the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies with a minor in Business Administration. She then went to Stetson University College of law where she graduated with Honors and received her Juris Doctorate degree. At a very young age, Mrs. Voss always knew that she wanted to be an attorney and because of that she has more than ten years of administrative experience assisting in Elder Law, Family Law, Construction Litigation and Personal Injury. One of her most favorite experiences was a Judicial Externship in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Hillsborough County assisting in the Guardianship Division with the Honorable Sean O. Cadigan, General Magistrate. Attorney Voss is a member of the Clearwater Bar Association, Safety Harbor Chamber of Commerce, and Florida Association of Women Lawyers.

Sarah explained the pro's and con's of the estate planning options that they offered. Very patient and thorough going through each of the documents. Receptive to the many what-if's I threw at her. Gave me a list of things that I needed to do afterwards to make sure my trust is funded.
