Morgan Luke Gaynor

Morgan Gaynor is a Florida-native who has committed his professional career to fighting on behalf of injured and wronged Floridians. Backed by over 26 years of experience, he has established himself as an unyielding advocate for victims’ rights, and has helped clients recover millions of dollars in compensation as a Partner at the law firm of Roman & Gaynor.
Morgan focuses his area of practice on personal injury law, in which he has handled complex and high stakes cases involving a range of accidents, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death, in addition to matters involving maritime law and insurance coverage disputes. A cyclist enthusiast in his personal time, he is also passionate about protecting the rights of victims injured in bicycle accidents, supporting the local cycling community and safety initiatives to protect riders, and is a member of the Bicycle-Pedestrian Advisory Committee for Pasco County.
