Tobias Lasseter Pardue

From the time I was young until the time I finally got my life together. Tobias Pardue Became more than just my attorney, he became family. Tobias did not ever just take my money and get what he could get as a lot of attorneys do. In the worst of my days he fought harder for me than I thought for mys...elf, he saw the good in me that I did not see in myself and he pushed harder to make sure I never got anywhere close to the sentence the state had to offer. I owe this man way more than a five star rating for the amazing work that he did on all my cases. It is because of him that I was able to finally see the light and change my life. I now have four kids and a beautiful wife and an amazing life. There is some part of that that I owe a great gratitude to Mr. Pardue. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of help. Because he will fight harder than any attorney I’ve ever seen to make sure that you are treated fairly.

If there was an option lower then poor, I would have chosen that for all of the above. Do not hire Tobias Pardue, he is a very dishonest man and I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy. After he received several thousand dollars for my case, that he should have never accepted, he failed to commun...icate with me, avoided me, and did not provide me with proper representation that he was hired to do. I would have been better off having a public defender. Because he clearly didn't know or did not want to handle my type of case. DO NOT HIRE TOBIAS PARDUE!!!!!!!!!

Tobias is an EXCELLENT and straightforward attorney. He has many connections and has always "shot us straight" . He will not sell you a dream. We've dealt with him for years. My husband was facing 20 years minimum mandatory and did almost no time at all. I have the utmost confidence in Tobias as our... legal counsel. Mr. Pardue is quite simply a God send. I am in my mid 50's and had never been arrested, nor had any law enforcement engagement of any kind .... until recently relocating to Florida from the Washington D.C. area 18 months ago. I was facing very serious DUI charges which could have been felon...ies with extended jail, or possibly prison incarceration. While out on bail, Mr. Pardue spent a tremendous amount of one on one time with me up front as we reviewed my options and our/his strategy. Very unfortunately I was charged with yet another DUI and Mr. Pardue was the first and only call I made from jail. He visited me in jail very early the next morning. As you can imagine, I was horrified, scared and basically paralyzed by all these new legal problems. What first and foremost stands out in retrospect is that he WAS NOT judgmental. Yes, there were some extenuating circumstances to my arrest(s), but in the end, and through his thorough knowledge of the law, and the Pinellas County Judicial System, ....in the end, he under committed and OVER delivered for me. I am now not a convicted felon, nor did I spend another day behind bars. I would be remiss if I did not add that he also represented me in a very, very serious and extensive identity theft situation committed against me while I was in jail. While this particular case is ongoing, there is no question in my mind that the outcome will be exhilarating for me and my family. Thank you Mr. Pardue, and to those who are not familiar with his capabilities, well, call him, immediately.
