Biography
Michael founded Haworth Legal, PLLC to provide aggressive, client-focused criminal defense to individuals across multiple Florida counties, including Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, and Hillsborough Counties. As a former prosecutor with over a decade of experience in Florida’s criminal justice system, he brings a deep understanding of how cases are built—and how to dismantle them in court.
Before launching his own firm, Michael served for more than six years as an Assistant State Attorney in the Sixth Judicial Circuit. He prosecuted a wide range of criminal cases, including serious felonies and sex crimes, and gained extensive trial experience. He later joined a respected private defense firm, where he continued to defend clients in high-stakes criminal matters.
At Haworth Legal, PLLC, Michael focuses on defending clients charged with felonies, misdemeanors, sex crimes, DUI, drug offenses, and probation violations. He personally manages each case, ensuring that every client receives clear communication, strategic legal guidance, and strong courtroom representation.
