Biography
Mr. Perez graduated college with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and a Minor Degree in Philosophy. While in law school, he was a teaching assistant in two legal research and writing classes. He was also a research assistant for two professors involving Florida constitutional law issues and the admissibility of complex scientific evidence in toxic tort cases. He obtained awards for having the highest grade in his pretrial litigation drafting and legal research and writing classes. He interned with the Jacksonville Office of the General Counsel, Jacksonville Guardian ad Litem, and Florida First District Court of Appeal.
Prior to starting his law firm, he practiced in the areas of insurance defense, criminal defense, personal injury claims, and business litigation. Since then, he expanded his area of practice to include general civil litigation and family law.
He is a zealous advocate and an experienced trial lawyer who believes that everybody deserves competent representation for any type of legal matter. He endeavors to ensure that every kind of preparation and analysis is done to protect the rights of his clients and obtain the best possible result for them.

Great no nonsense lawyer

Fantastic representation

help with traffic tickets
Mr. Perez was wonderful. He attended court for me and was able to delete the points on my license. He was also able to reduce my fines and get a payment extension. I recommend him to anyone who is having trouble with traffic violations,
