There is no such time period. You can set the matter for hearing and introduce it into evidence.

If she was awarded alimony or child support she can move to modify but the child support would only be until the youngest is 18.

It sounds like you have exhausted your remedies unless your attorney did not advise you of the deportation consequences prior to your plea.

The affidavit is not enough. They will bring in the p.o. and necessary witnesses, however.

The attorney may be able to lien you or sue you for the fees due and owing. It is only fair that he be paid for work that he did.
