Biography
David Ristoff is a Florida native and grew up in Pinellas County.
David Ristoff received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida and his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. Mr. Ristoff was admitted to practice in Florida in 2012 and is a member of the Florida Bar as well as the Middle District of Florida.
As a sole practitioner, David understands the importance of providing personal and dedicated service to each client. Going through the family law court system can be an extremely emotional draining experience.
David is familiar with the family dynamic, as he has two children of his own. Furthermore, David's wife is a teacher ― exposing him to greater insight in dealing with children that may have special educational needs (as well as the daily struggle that children face in school).
In addition, David has served as a pro bono guardian ad litem ― giving back to the community at large.
