Mr. Richard Wolfe is modern-day law at its best. Richard has represented me on three occasions. First occasion was a terrible car crash in 2007 At the time my wife and I were newlyweds and we did not know the best way to even facilitate a rental car utilizing the insurance funds and limitations.... We were lucky to have come out of the wreck alive, however unfortunately all aspects of the car were completely destroyed due to the high impact velocity of this crash. Richard took care of every detail for us, including helping us facilitate a rental car. Additionally this was my second car wreck in my life and as I discovered even though it was my second one that I did not cause, was a victim of most attorneys do not want to take your case if it is the second crash irregardless. Richard did not hesitate to help us and produced very positive results that reflected the nature of this terrible crash. In 2011 I was in my third car wreck Richard representative me as well during this case which progressed all the way to the mediation stages with the insurance company involved. The experience felt a little bit surreal as I witnessed Richard in his element professionally fighting for his client on what I would describe as a battlefield of litigation. Richard achieved honest results on our behalf once again during this matter. In 2015 we hired Richard for a general matter which and he helped us with quickly and stress-free quickly creating a solution an ending to the matter at hand. Richard will not treat you like a number. He knows who you are by your name and by your case. In most cases when you call he'll be able to answer the phone and talk to you. You won't have to go through a dozen office staff to one day get that anticipated phone call from the lawyer that you had hope to speak to sooner. Richard is great because he truly cares. His motives are pure he wants to help his clients and he is sincere about doing it. In addition to this he is a very skilled attorney and the combination of his humanistic qualities in comparison with his skills in my opinion make him one of the best lawyers in the Saint Pete area and the better part of Florida for his expertise.
