This man is charged me $5000 to represent my ex-husband in a false arrest of aggravated battery, a felony. Before the discovery was even done, my ex passed away & later the State ended up dropping the charges due to lack of information. I had repeatedly requested a partial refund of this money as M...r. Prior did not do anything on my ex's behalf except to make a few phone calls; in fact, I was the one to tell him that the State had dropped the charges. Mr. Prior is all about the money. I lost the father of my 3 children & $5000.

When Doug wanted the retainer fee for my case, he did spend a lot of time in a complimentary consultation with me, proudly exclaiming he was long time friends with the judge.
