Robin Hughes grew up in Southern Illinois, and has been a resident of Florida since 2002. Before law school, Ms. Hughes was a legal assistant for 18 years. For two of those 18 years, Ms. Hughes worked as a judicial assistant to a county court judge. Ms. Hughes lives in Safety Harbor, Florida, where you will often see her out walking her two dogs: "Justice" and "Liberty."

Accurate reply, backed up with citing state statutes for referencing. but her conclusion was that of what I already knew. A gray area exists in this scenario.
