The inju...ries had a negative impact on a demanding job and my entire life. The last thing I wanted to do was talk to lawyers, take time out of my day to travel to rehab, get MRIs, and travel to medical treatment centers. Mike was persistent in constantly checking up on my status and providing me with options of different medical centers that were nearby my residence with hours that accommodated my schedule which made going to treatment easier. I love options. It should be mentioned that the rehab and medical centers were all staffed with great people and helped out the best they could. Mike is not only a great attorney, but he is a good dude who cares and stays on top of your case while maintaining consistent communication. Mike kept me informed and on track throughout the treatment process. Once the case was settled, Mike and his partners at Dan Newlin were able to recieve a settlement which was much more than I would have expected, but much needed after everything that stemmed from the collision.
