Kevin Sylvester Garris

I hired Kevin in November 2025 to handle my bankruptcy filing. We signed the contract, completed all required paperwork, and I paid him through Zelle as instructed. Although we communicated for a short period, he later stated he was waiting to finalize another client’s case alongside mine Late Januar...y/beginning February as that client was not too far behind on completing everything. After that, his phone number was disconnected, and he stopped responding entirely no email responses either. Despite multiple attempts to reach him, I have received no communication and no services. He took my payment and did nothing for my case. I strongly advise others to avoid this attorney. I have already filed a complaint with the Florida Bar and will continue taking further action. Absolutely would not recommend. 0/10
