About Sylvia
Biography
Noel received her Bachelors of Business Administration from Mercer University. After graduating Noel attended Stetson University College of Law and graduated in 1989. Noel has experience in a number of areas of the law but concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration, litigation on contested probate matter, small business and consumer matters. She is admitted to practice before all Florida State Courts and the U.S. District Court of the Middle District of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal. Noel also currently serves as an arbitrator for the Florida New Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board and is a member of the advisory board for the Clearwater YMCA.
Noel enjoys helping her clients plan to ease the stress on their families as well as navigate the court process after a person has died. Noel welcomes the opportunity to speak to groups about estate planning, probate and trust administration.
Noel has also been married to Jack White since 1990 and has two children.
