Wonderful client service! We utilized Jeffrey Coleman for the purposes of estate planning. At our initial, Mr. Coleman was very thorough - asking very important questions to plan for our estate and trust. After that meeting, we worked primarily with his paralegal, Livia. Livia was very helpful and... exacting - and very responsive with our questions. Our experience with Coleman Law Firm was very professional and efficient. They explained all the details regarding our living trust and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to establish a living trust.

Attorney Coleman and his staff responded quickly to our unexpected situation. Our mother's health took an unexpected turn, and they did everything within their power to support and guide us through a very difficult time. We never had to wait for a phone call or chase anyone for answers at any poi...nt. Attorney Coleman and paralegal Livia Di Scioscia were in constant communication with us. Approachable and Professional

I highly recommend Attorney Coleman when working with estate planning. He was extremely helpful, offering as much information as he could to help with my own family's situation. He was professional but very easy to talk to, and I felt very confident in his and his staff's abilities.

No communication

I hired Jeff at the recommendation of a title company as my mothers estate had to go to probate. I spoke on the phone first and was asked if I could handle the $4000 retainer fee. I had no other option but to pay. I met with his paralegal with my documents. I gave her a check for $4000.00. I had a... meeting with Jeff the following week. I arrived 10 min early and was taken in a room at 1. I heard Jeff on the phone in another room. He arrived to see me 27 minutes late. He had not looked at my file ahead of time as he was asking his paralegal to see my documents. I left thinking they would take care of my matter. I went two weeks with no communication. I emailed the paralegal on a Friday. Only then did she put me on an email to the title company to find out they lifted the trust requirement. Jeff never once called me or text or email to see if I was ok or if they were handling everything well. I was sent another bill for the court cost of $321.33. When I question the bill as I already paid $4000.00 I could not get an itemized invoice as he said that’s just my fee for probate. Wills are made by lawyers so they can make money off of probate. Losing my mother was stressful enough but being taken for $4000.00 because hands are tied when wills go to probate was not good. Unfortunately our legal system makes lawyers rich.
