Danya, was Fantastic Criminal Lawyer for me. From the beginning to the end. She explained the Firms Fees, to me, right up front at the beginning. She explained to me, what I can expect throughout the process. She offered ideas and knew of community methods, that would help me in my case. She would ...call me on occasion and especially before each court appearance (which by the way, I never had to attended), to go over matters in my case. And when, my case was finally resolved, she immediately called me to give me the Good News. Honestly, at the beginning, I was scared, traumatized and shaken by what happened to me. Nothing like, what I was charged with, had ever happened to me. Getting Danya's help, put me at ease and by just talking with her, made me feel, I have the right person, representing me. Danya, is very easily accessible, by text, phone, Email or even a visit to her office and always returned messages, should I have left one. I HIGHLY recommend Danya for any case, like mine (I'm sure she great, in all her other expertise of the law), and would not hesitate to tell anyone else, I know, that when it comes to Criminal Law, she is, in my opinion, THE BEST!

My incident happened outside of the county where I live so I knew nothing about the court system in Pinellas County much less any attorneys in the area. I did some research literally from my car after reporting to pretrial services. I made two phone calls, spoke with an attorney (male) and inquired ...about cost for representation. While he took the time to listen and explain the process with me I was still scared and not sure what to do, but then on my drive home Danya returned my call and almost immediately I felt a sense of relief. As a female, I needed and wanted to explain my situation to another female. Danya listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions and from what I had read about the firm she worked with, I felt confident that she was the person I needed to “protect” me from anything bad happening. She called me from her personal phone number and allowed me to remain in contact with her through the completion of my case. She acted swiftly and got me the best possible outcome. As a result, no charges were filed against me and the case was dismissed in 18 days. While it cost me considerably more to retain Danya she was worth every dollar spent. Danya was professional yet still very easy to talk to. Not once did I feel like she wasn’t listening to me or my concerns, and that is the biggest reason why I hired her. That is why I titled this review TOP NOTCH. She was amazing!

Danya was nothing but helpful, empathetic and understanding with my case. When I was searching for lawyers I was really worried I was going to get a lawyer that did the bare minimum for my case, but then I found Danya. She went above and beyond to get me a way more lenient sentence. She explained the... entire process that was going to happen in a way I could understand without all the legal jargon. I honestly can’t thank her enough for what she did for me. I was worried I’d have to face a long sentence but with her I didn’t have to do any time at all which shocked me.
