One of the most frightening tasks that my family was faced with was knowing an attorney was needed for a family member's charges. My incident happened outside of the county where I live so I knew nothing about the court system in Pinellas County much less any attorneys in the area. I did some research literally from my car after reporting to pretrial services. I made two phone calls, spoke with an attorney (male) and inquired ...about cost for representation. While he took the time to listen and explain the process with me I was still scared and not sure what to do, but then on my drive home Danya returned my call and almost immediately I felt a sense of relief. As a female, I needed and wanted to explain my situation to another female. Danya listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions and from what I had read about the firm she worked with, I felt confident that she was the person I needed to “protect” me from anything bad happening. She called me from her personal phone number and allowed me to remain in contact with her through the completion of my case. She acted swiftly and got me the best possible outcome. As a result, no charges were filed against me and the case was dismissed in 18 days. While it cost me considerably more to retain Danya she was worth every dollar spent. Danya was professional yet still very easy to talk to. Not once did I feel like she wasn’t listening to me or my concerns, and that is the biggest reason why I hired her. That is why I titled this review TOP NOTCH. She was amazing!
