The purpose of this practice is to assist individuals and small businesses to establish, preserve, and enforce their rights in their liberty, their business endeavors, and in the products of their own ingenuity and hard work. I help you do this by counseling you through your business and other arrangements and, when necessary, taking issues to court.
I have been practicing in Clearwater, Florida, for over 30 years. My legal education had a focus in itellectual property law and criminal law. Each client is important to me and communication and creative thinking make working together an efficient and enjoyable process.
