I hired this Attorney because his credentials; but he did not live-up to them. He was very difficult to contact and make an appointment with, I tried calling his office over a period of 2 weeks, finally he saw me the late afternoon before my Hearing the next A.M. During the hearing, he did not rai...se any of the points we discussed, nor did he put up a fight against the other party, this was especially true when he let the opposing party talk over him in-front of the Judge, which made both him and me look bad. Afterwards, I asked if he would put in a Motion for a Rehearing; and his response was "I don't know what that is", not what you would expect from someone who has been practicing law as long as he says he has. I would not not hire him again, for any price. Thank you.
