I hired John McGuire when I was injured in a car accident in 2017. He worked diligently on my case and negotiated a very fair settlement which helped cover my medical bills and lost wages. I like how I was actually able to meet with him instead of never seeing his face and only dealing with the offic...e staff. He is extremely personable and humble. Overall he is a wonderful aggressive attorney who cares about his clients.

I retained Attorney McGuire in November of 2017 when I had been erroneously charged with a felony. McGuire assured me that he was expert at and has a great reputation in criminal defense. After several weeks it was clear to me that McGuire was not a criminal defense attorney. I terminated our busi...ness relationship and retained alternate representation. I've been found not guilty in a jury trial. McGuire was trying to coerce me into making a deal with the prosecutors office during the weeks he was my attorney. I am glad that I hired alternate representation. I am still working to obtain a refund on the $10k retainer McGuire charged me for criminal defense representation that he was unable to provide on my case.

I used John's firm when my wife had made a false arrest on me for domestic violence and there is nothing worse than being labeled a wife beater and again for my divorce from same wife and was worried that it would be an ugly battle but that was not the case at all not only did he get my DV charges dr...opped my divorce was as easy as meeting the Judge in chambers and requesting a divorce from this woman.
