Excellent Lawyer!

Mr. Richard Amari is an excellent Estates and Trusts and Tax attorney and I highly recommend him! We have talked to other lawyers before and my parents already had wills. But after meeting with Mr. Amari, we realized he had more insight and in depth knowledge about this than others. He came up with... a customized plan to restructure our estate plans in order to provide asset protection and to minimize tax liabilities. He also formed trusts for my parents, updated their wills and set things up for the future, which gives us peace of mind. It is not simply enough to make a trust and put all your assets under that trust. It is also not enough to have just a lawyer, but to have the right lawyer. I especially like the fact that I am able to communicate with him directly by email rather than going through a big firm. You get better service and personal attention using a solo practitioner. He has been patient all throughout the process and answered all our questions. He has extensive expertise in the real estate area and I look forward to working with him in the future. I only wish we had dealt with him earlier.
