About Richard
Biography
As a member of The Florida Bar for more than 30 years, I have dedicated my professional life to learning and teaching others the intricacies and complexities that abound in the areas of wills, trusts and estates. Additionally, I have combined my skills and personal endeavors in matters of real property and business acquisition and development. I have also leaned heavily on my background in the laws of Federal and State taxation to complement those endeavors.
I am grateful to have learned to balance my professional life with my personal, social and civic lives. I have come to realize the profound importance of giving myself in communion and fellowship with others, and my community and society as a whole. I have a strong belief in civic and charitable duty. While I have not attained anything near perfection in attaining this balance, I continue to strive for progress, rather than perfection.
I have been fortunate to have raised three wonderful daughters, each of whom is marking her course and contributing to what makes this place a better place to live. Now, I have been blessed with grandchildren and so look forward to the experience with the next generation.
