After graduating from Stetson University's College of Law, Oscar went into private practice where he practiced in various areas of of the law. In 2006 Oscar was commissioned in the US Army Judge Advocate General's Corp. In the JAG Corps he served as a legal assistance attorney, Chief of Client Services in Germany and, Chief of Criminal Justice for the 200th MP Command in Ft. Meade, MD. He represented more than 1000 service members in their divorce and family law matters across multiple jurisdictions as well as representing disabled Soldiers in Social Security Disability cases.
A native of St Petersburg, Florida Oscar returned home and founded Blasingame & Associates, PA specializing in representing family law and Social Security Disability clients. He is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator.
