Donald Carl Anderson Jr.

Donald C. Anderson, Jr. earned his law degree from Stetson University and has practiced in St. Petersburg, Florida for over 35 years.  He loves the law and helping his clients, many of whom he has represented for decades.   Don began his career as an insurance adjuster and after graduating from law school, represented some of the biggest insurance companies in the State of Florida.  He knows how insurance companies work and he knows from his vast experience how insurance companies do not have a claimant's best interest in mind when evaluating claims.  For the past 20 years, he has dedicated his practice to representing injured parties against those same insurance companies, and helps his clients with their Disability Claims, Worker's Compensation Claims, Auto Accident Claims and Life Insurance Claims; he is considered within the legal community one of the most knowledgeable and resourceful attorneys litigating ERISA claims today.  Mr. Anderson practices in both state and federal court.  He is an avid Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan, and when he is not practicing law, he enjoys Monday morning quarterbacking to anyone who wants to know how the game is supposed to be played.  Mr. Anderson is also a pretty nice guy all around- just ask any of the thousands of clients he has helped over the years.

Mr. Anderson has lectured to a variety of professional, civic, governmental, and church groups. He is a Past President and Director of the Pinellas County Trial Lawyers Association, Past Regional Attorney for the National Football League Players Association, and Past National Counsel for the Thunderbird Club of America.
