I am a title agent in Florida. I underwrite my title insurance through the Attorney's Title Insurance Fund. I handle closings for purchases and sales of real estate as well as mortgage refinancing. I specialize in negotiating and closing short sales.

I do complex estate planning work for all types of clients, including grantor trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, estate tax planning trusts, asset protection trusts

I set up corporations, LLC's and not for profits (including preparing exempt applications for the IRS). I prepare minutes and other corporate documents and do general corporate contract work
