Prior to forming Waggener Law, PLLC, he worked for a law firm which represented insurance companies and at-fault parties. He formed Waggener Law after deciding that representing insurance companies and at-fault parties always seemed to be about lowering the bottom line and not about doing the right thing. He brings this depth of experience to each client he represents in order to help bring about the result that particular client wants.
