Evelyn Elise Kuttler

I have lived in St. Petersburg since 1944. I am a 1967 cum laude graduate from Stetson University College of Law. I am a member of the Real Property and Probate Section of the Florida Bar. I also hold memberships in local and state bar associations. My practice areas include: Trusts, Wills, Estate planning, Elder Law, and Probate and Trust Administration. I was a founding member of the St. Petersburg Christian Legal Society and the St. Petersburg Christian Conciliation Service. I am a life member of the Board of Trustees for Asbury Theological Seminary, Wilmore, Kentucky and Orlando, Florida. I am also currently serving on the Board of Directors for various religious and charitable organizations. I taught wills and estate planning at Stetson University College of Law and have lectured locally on estate planning and Trust and Estate Administration issues.

I continue to commit to make my services available to persons who are unable to come to my office. I have been a pioneer for women attorneys, having entered the law school arena in 1964 as one of only two women in my law school class with 124 men. I am committed to providing compassionate legal services to my clients.
