I am actively engaged in Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice including mediation. I have specific additional training and education from Columbia University in the field of alternative dispute resolution. I have mediated and arbitrated hundreds of cases in various contexts including commercial disputes, employment matters, real estate, maritime/admiralty cases and family issues. If you are an individual or company who has a legal conflict with another party, mediation has the historic advantage of saving the parties both time and money. Likewise, If you are an attorney who could benefit with the use of a skilled mediator, I can be a resource of value for the parties. I am also a Certified Mediator in the State of Florida. I do not charge a minimum nor do I impose fees for travel time.

I have been involved with Mr. Tsunis on many alternative dispute resolution cases and I've found him to be extremely impartial, fair and well grounded. He has a great ability to bring parties together even where, initially, it seems that no resolution is possible. He listens intently, has great emp...
"Andrew I worked together in the New York Attorney General's office in Manhattan for several years and we have remained friends. Andrew and I worked together on a number of federal civil rights cases and his work was always excellent. But he is more than just a great lawyer, he also has a deep understanding of human nature. Andrew has a warm engaging personality and he is able to quickly identify what drives a case or conflict. Many of the cases we worked on were resolved due to his efforts. He is a problem solver and a peacemaker. He should have been a diplomate because he knows how to bring people together. I could not recommend Andrew more highly as an attorney or a mediator."
"Andrew is skilled in problem solving and has a passion for bringing disparate positions and parties together for the purpose of reaching an efficient out-of-court resolution. Highly recommended mediator and attorney."
